Threadz.com Return Policies

At Threadz.com, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless and satisfying. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary, and we offer options to accommodate these situations.

Threadz Free Unlimited Returns:

• With Threadz Free Unlimited Returns, every item in your order is eligible for a return or exchange.
• There is no restocking fee for orders purchased with Free Unlimited Returns.
• Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of wear.

Standard Return Policy (Without Free Unlimited Returns):

• A restocking fee of $3.00 applies to all returned items.
  
• Non-returnable items include sale items, stockings, bodystockings and panties.
• If an item is not accepted for return, it will be shipped back at a cost of $8.95 to the customer.
• We permit only one return per order; multiple returns at different times for the same order are not accepted.
• Refunds or size exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received at Threadz.com.

How to Return or Exchange a Product:

1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@threadz.com.
2. If your return is approved, you will be provided a link to our returns platform.
3. Securely repack the items in the original poly-mailer or an alternate package.
4. Print the pre-paid return label, affix it to your package covering or removing any original shipping labels.
5. You may schedule a pickup, drop the package with your mailman, place it in your mailbox, or deliver it to your local post office.
