  • We process the incoming orders same day we receive them. If we receive your order before 4PM PST, we will ship your items the same day as well.

  • What payment methods do you accept, are they secure?
  • We accept all major credit cards through Google Checkout system. Google Checkout allows you to shop online from a single Google account, without disclosing your financial information to online stores. We do neither ask for your credit card on our web site, nor store or transmit it. You can shop from our web site with %100 comfort and safety.

  • What shipping methods do you use?
  • Domestic orders within United States are shipped via USPS and UPS. For orders placed before 4PM, we ship the same day. For standard shipping methods it takes an average of 2 to 5 business days for you to receive your package. We offer various express shipping methods including Saturday delivery in some areas as well.
